International Youth Martial Arts Camp

○ Objective

    - To contribute to youth community engagement thorugh training of the mind and body and in cultural exchanges

(pursuant to article 6, paragraph 2 of the agreement on the establishment of the centre)

    - To create a platform consisting of youth to serve as a foundation for a global youth martial arts group

    - To cultivate leadership and a sense of community in youth thorugh martial arts training

○ Period : 8th to 13th of August 2018 (6 days)

○ Venue : Chungju city

○ Participants : 78 teenagers from 6 countries

    - 44 from Korea, 5 from Bulgaria, 8 from Canada, 8 from China, 8 from Malaysia and 5 from Singapore

Regular	Martial arts training, Taekkyeon exercise, Lecture on UNESCO, Welcoming night, Cultural exchange night, Photo exhibition
Hands on activities	Water sports activities(yachting and canoeing), Martial arts experience at Yongin University
Field trip	Chungju World Martial Arts Museum, Korean Folk Village, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Chungju Light World
