Each participant remains as the copyright-holder of all submitted photographs. As the owner, the winners of the contest grant to the centre, for the whole term of copyright, the permission of exclusive right to use, edit, translate, reproduce, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the work for the purposes of the contest such as exhibitions, production of the photobook or any other promotional purposes of the centre. The property right(Including rights to produce or edit deriative works of the award-winning works) of the contest is granted to the centre. The causes of annulment of the award winning works or exclusion from review include infringement on any third party rights including but not limited to copyrights. Please refer to the Contest Rules posted on the Notice Board for more information. Korean legislation is applicable to the treatment of copyrights to photo entries.
